Jennifer Borchgrevink has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jennifer started their career as a Sales Representative at Bryjon Communications Ltd in 1993 and then moved to Quadra Chemicals Ltd as a Customer Service Representative from 1994 to 1996. Jennifer then joined Telenor Global Services AS as a Customer Care Manager from 1998 to 1999. Jennifer then transitioned to Telenor Telecom Solutions AS, where they worked as a Service Level Manager from 1999 to 2001.
In 2001, Jennifer began working at Telenor Linx, where they held multiple positions. Jennifer began as a Stream Manager from June 2001 to May 2002. Jennifer then became a Global Trade Manager - Routing from May 2002 to September 2006. Jennifer further advanced to become the Director of Voice Operations from January 2008 to September 2013, where they managed a multinational team across different locations. Jennifer then assumed the role of Director of Voice Products from September 2006 to January 2017, where they were responsible for the voice service and oversaw its entire life cycle, including gathering requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with Sales and Operations departments to meet customer expectations. Jennifer's most recent position at Telenor Linx is as a Senior Project Manager, starting in February 2017.
Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in project management, product development, operations management, and customer care.
Jennifer Borchgrevink attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1989 to 1993. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication during this period. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer also pursued further certifications in Agile Project Management. Jennifer completed the "Become an Agile Project Manager" certification through LinkedIn in July 2019 and the "Agile Project Management Foundations" certification through Lynda.com in February 2018.
