Bente Busch

Bente Busch is an experienced leader in digital product development and data strategy, currently serving as Value Stream Lead for Data at Telenor since December 2024. Previously, Bente was Director of Digital Product Development at Oslo Origo, focusing on enhancing municipal services through digitization. Prior roles include Director of Development Platforms at NAV, where Bente managed the Service Platform, and Head of Data Platform at NAV IT, establishing a comprehensive data platform. Bente has held senior positions at EVRY Group, Telia Norge, Schibsted Payment AS, Creuna, FINN.no, Aftenposten, and Ventelo, demonstrating expertise in analytics, user behavior, and sales management. Bente holds multiple bachelor's degrees in business and international business from BI Norwegian Business School, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Nanyang Technological University.
