Ramgopal Chandrasekaran

Ramgopal Chandrasekaran has a diverse work experience in the fields of machine learning, research, and internships. Ramgopal currently works as a Machine Learning Engineer at Telepathy Labs since 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan - School of Information starting in 2017. During their time there, they published peer-reviewed papers on topics such as the style and popularity of insulting tweets by major politicians in India and the impact of demonetization on different segments of the population. In 2018, they worked as a Research Intern at Microsoft for a period of three months. Additionally, they gained industry experience as a Summer Intern at adidas in 2016.

Ramgopal Chandrasekaran completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Data Science and Economics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Ramgopal attended the university from 2015 to 2020. In 2016, they also participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they focused on Competitive Strategy and Game Theory.
