Don van der Toorn

Don van der Toorn has extensive experience in talent and operational development, currently serving as Manager Talent Development and Manager Operational Development at Teleperformance since October 2014. Previously, Don held multiple roles at Intrum Justitia Nederland from April 2010 to September 2014, including Inside Sales Representative and Supervisor Telemarketing. Don's career began at Major Tom (Pty) Ltd as a Promotiemedewerker from May 2008 to February 2010. Academically, Don holds an Associate of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from Utrecht University and a Propedeuse in Communication from Hogeschool Leiden.
