Sergio Escobedo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client services and vendor management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Teleperformance since July 2020, Sergio previously held the role of Senior Director of Customer Service Operations and Vendor Management at Comcast Cable, where responsibility included an $85M P&L for outsourcing activities involving over 4,000 vendor partner call center agents across several countries. Sergio's career also includes significant leadership positions at Time Warner Cable, Harte-Hanks, PRC BPO, AT&T Mobility, Grand Adventures Tour & Travel, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Sergio holds degrees in Business Administration and Logistics from Southern New Hampshire University.
