Sofia Pessoa

Sofia Pessoa currently serves as the Talent Specialist Team Lead at Teleperformance, following the integration of Majorel into the Teleperformance group. Previously, Sofia held the position of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Majorel, where management and development of recruitment specialists in Dublin and Lisbon were essential, along with oversight of operations in Casablanca and Accra. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sass Boutique and co-owner focusing on customer service and social media, as well as positions in customer service and administrative support across various organizations. Sofia holds a degree in Human Resources from Fanshawe College, completed between 2019 and 2021.
