Teri O’Brien

Teri O'Brien currently serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Teleperformance, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Teri was a Partner at Latham & Watkins from March 2022 to May 2023, and spent nearly two decades at Paul Hastings LLP, where Teri was a Partner and Chair of the San Diego Corporate Practice from September 2003 to March 2022. Earlier in the career, Teri worked as an Associate and Attorney at Cooley Godward LLP and Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from 2000 to 2003. Teri's professional journey began at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Accountant from 1993 to 1996. Teri holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from San Diego State University.
