Amir Arsyad has a background in customer relations and retail, with experience in engaging with customers through various channels to provide personalized assistance. Currently, at Teleport, Amir works as a Senior Executive in Culture, partnering with Operations teams to address engagement opportunities. Prior to this, Amir worked as a Fashion Advisor at PVH Corp. and as a Senior Customer Relations Officer at The Babel Group. Amir completed their Malaysian Certificate of Education at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Tasik.
