Gale Persil

Gale has decades of experience building successful products in software companies and taking on leading roles in operations, product management, marketing, development, and customer support. For the last 15 years, she’s been following her passion to capture valid and relevant business data to help organizations make high impact business decisions. She has spearheaded successful projects to improve strategic and tactical operations by analyzing, defining, and streamlining company business practices and procedures and rolling out executive-level initiatives across global organizations.

Prior to joining Teleran, Gale served as Chief of Staff/Head of Operations at Precisely (formerly Syncsort) and Pitney Bowes and as an independent consultant. She also spent many years in executive roles at CA Inc. (now Broadcom). In these roles, she provided portfolio analysis and budget management of $150-$660M global engineering teams across multiple business units while managing product rollouts and optimizing operations. Gale holds a BS in Information Systems Management and a BA in Broadcasting from the State University New York Collage at Buffalo.
