Billy McDowall Bsc Frics

Billy McDowall BSc FRICS is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and programme management within the property and construction sectors. Since April 2018, Billy has been serving as the Head of Lifecycle Delivery for Government & Agencies at Sodexo, after previously holding the position of Senior Programme Manager for Defence and Government Services. Prior to this, Billy has been with Telereal Trillium since April 2009, where responsibilities include the National Programme Manager for large-scale projects and as Associate Director for Major Projects. Earlier career roles include Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at Land Securities Trillium and Building Surveyor at Fergusan Bucknall Austin. Billy holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.
