Nikola Jovanović is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success EMEA at Telesign since March 2015. With a progressive career at Telesign, Nikola has held roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success, as well as Technical Lead for Client Services across EMEA, CIS, and APAC, contributing to the protection of major internet properties through Mobile Identity solutions. Prior experience includes integration services at Infobip, business analysis at Wurth, and web development roles in earlier positions, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Belgrade.
