Sofija Joksimović

Sofija Joksimović is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business systems and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems & Analytics at Telesign since October 2018. In this role, Sofija oversees the implementation and maintenance of business systems, ensuring their integration across the organization. Previous positions include Senior CS Data Analyst and Data Analyst at Telesign, where responsibilities encompassed designing reports, maintaining customer success metrics, and collaborating with multiple departments to support client needs. Prior to Telesign, Sofija gained experience as a Sales Operations & Sales Controlling Intern at Henkel and as an Intern in the laboratory of Operations Research at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Belgrade, complemented by a strong foundation in mathematics from Eighth Belgrade High School.
