Juhomiika Koskinen

Juhomiika Koskinen has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries.

At Teleste, they started as a Production Worker in 2005, where they focused on measuring and testing CATV devices. Juhomiika then transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Technology Engineer in 2008, where they were responsible for maintaining and testing manufacturing measuring devices and organizing internal courses for manufacturing personnel. In 2010, Juhomiika became a Repair Service Assistant, where they played a crucial role in the development of service operations and the introduction of ERP systems. Their responsibilities also included customer service, material flow management, and providing after-sales reports.

In 2017, Juhomiika was promoted to the position of Service Sales Coordinator at Teleste. In this role, they specialized in tasks related to the continuous development of the repair service and support & maintenance processes. Juhomiika coordinated service and project invoicing for customers with support contracts and maintained the master data of devices in the service business database.

Before joining Teleste, Juhomiika gained experience at Nokia in 2004 as an R&D Engineer Trainee.

Juhomiika Koskinen completed their secondary education at Paimion Lukio from 1998 to 2001. Following that, from 2001 to 2007, they attended the Turku University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in both Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, as well as Electrical Telecommunication Engineering.
