Mikko Rahi

Mikko Rahi has over 25 years of work experience in various IT roles. Mikko is currently working as the Director of the IT Function at Teleste since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Development Manager, IT at Kiilto Family from June 2020 to May 2022.

From 2014 to 2020, Mikko worked at PAROC, where they held multiple positions. Mikko started as the IT Manager, Applications and Services, leading a team of 11 application development managers and support experts. Mikko was responsible for SAP deployment for the Paroc Group and also led infrastructure integration and SAP implementation. Mikko then took on the role of ICT Program Manager, leading Paroc's digitalization efforts from an IT perspective and overseeing technology and architecture evaluations and selections.

Before PAROC, Mikko worked at Tieto from 2001 to 2014 as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in leading Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation programs for manufacturing and forest industry companies. Mikko managed projects with teams ranging from 15 to 45 people and was also involved in pre-sales activities.

Prior to Tieto, Mikko worked at Modultek Oy as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2001, where they served as a presales consultant, solution architect, and project manager for manufacturing and service companies. Mikko focused on product development process redesign, document management, and CAD integrations.

Mikko's career started at Affecto in 1999, where they worked as a Project Manager, leading implementation projects for data collection solutions in the manufacturing industry. Mikko was responsible for team development and management.

Their earliest experience was at Harjavalta Oy, where they served as a System Designer from 1995 to 1999.

Mikko Rahi attended the University of Tampere from 1991 onwards, studying Computer Science and Telecommunications. Mikko pursued a Master of Science degree at the university, but no specific end year has been mentioned.
