Mia Schmidt

Mia Schmidt currently serves as Senior Manager of Digital Design and Lead User Experience Researcher at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) since July 2018, having previously held roles such as User Researcher and Product Manager. Prior to this, Mia held several positions at TIH from January 2013 to May 2018, including Customer Champion and Procurement Communication Consultant. Mia Schmidt is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stellenbosch Business School from January 2023 to December 2024, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Communication Management from North-West University, awarded in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
