Sikelelwa Ntabankulu

Sikelelwa Ntabankulu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Senior Manager: HR Business Partner at Telesure Investment Holdings since September 2019. Prior to this role, Sikelelwa held various positions at Woolworths as a Regional HR Business Partner, and at South African Breweries, where responsibilities included supporting business objectives, facilitating organizational development, and managing key HR projects. Sikelelwa’s career began in talent acquisition with Edcon as a Junior Talent Acquisition Practitioner. Academically, Sikelelwa holds a Management Advancement Programme certificate from Wits Business School, an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Free State.
