Lucas Campolina has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Lucas started their career in 2005 as an Analyst of Pre-sales at NetService LTDA, where they specialized in developing Cisco technology solutions for clients. Lucas also contributed to process improvements and the implementation of a new ERP system. In 2012, they joined Grupo MAHVLA as a Pre-sales Consultant, focusing on business development activities and providing solutions for network, video conferencing, CCTV, and firewall projects. Lucas also took on post-sales responsibilities during project implementations. In 2013, they moved to InfraTI, where they initially worked as a Pre-Sales professional, handling infrastructure projects and delivering presentations and proposals. Later, they became the Business and Technology Manager, leading a team of solution architects and experts. Lucas was responsible for team management, market trend analysis, portfolio sales enablement, opportunity qualification, process optimization, client development, and technological roadmap creation. Currently, they work at Teletex IT Solutions as a Sales Engineer, supporting the sales process through IT solution design and actively managing the pre-sales and solution architects team.
Lucas Campolina earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Network from Inforium Faculdade de Tecnologia, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Lucas also obtained certifications from Cisco Systems, including CCDP in April 2017 and CCNP in April 2017.
