Héctor Aldo Flores Rodríguez is an experienced manager with a robust background in product introduction and operational leadership. Currently serving as the New Product Introduction Global Manager at Teletrac Navman since January 2020, Héctor oversees product rollouts across multiple regions and successfully established a global department based on prior achievements in Mexico. Previously, Héctor held several prominent roles, including Director of Startup Tweens, where innovative business ideas for youth were developed, and Director at Coaching Mty, focusing on internal process improvement for management teams. Additional experience includes leading marketing and customer success initiatives at Brío, as well as operational restructuring at Marcatel/Vivaro Corp NYC.
