Isaac Pena

Isaac Pena has extensive experience in customer retention and lifecycle management, currently serving as a Retention Administrator at Teletrac Navman since March 2012. In this role, Isaac manages cancellation requests, gathers relevant customer information, and strives to retain business. Previously, Isaac held positions as a Retention Support Rep and Customer Lifecycle Rep, where responsibilities included supporting customers throughout their lifecycle and overseeing the implementation of services. Before joining Teletrac Navman, Isaac worked as a Recruiting Supervisor and Recruiter at Research Design Specialist, where oversight of recruitment for automotive research studies was a key responsibility. Isaac studied Registered Nursing at Rio Hondo College from 2007 to 2008.
