Simon McCaughan has extensive experience in operational and customer implementation roles within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Implementation and Head of Operations APAC at Teletrac Navman since June 2010, Simon has demonstrated leadership in managing complex customer projects and regional operations. Prior to this, Simon held the position of National Operations Manager and Integrations Manager at Navman Wireless from September 2005 to June 2010, contributing to operational excellence and system integrations. Earlier experience includes roles as Key Account Manager and Sales Engineer at Skycom Limited from September 2001 to September 2005, highlighting a strong foundation in sales and account management.
