Sanja Dragović

Sanja Dragović has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Sanja is currently the Head of Human Resources at TeleTrader, where they have been working since September 2021. Before that, they served as an HR Business Partner at TeleTrader from June 2020 to September 2021. Prior to TeleTrader, Sanja worked as the Group Recruitment Lead at baha - the information company starting in November 2021. Sanja also worked at Addiko Bank Srbija as a Specialist for Talent Management, Learning, and Development from January 2020 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, Sanja held the position of HR Specialist at Asseco South Eastern Europe from October 2015 to December 2019, where they were responsible for recruitment, assessment centers, and providing HR support. Sanja began their professional journey as a Recruiter at Trenkwalder Serbia from March 2015 to October 2015.

Sanja Dragović earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed an Advanced Level program in Psychoterapy at the REBT Affiliated Training Center of Albert Ellis Institute from 2011 to 2013. Their undergraduate education was in Psychology at the University of Belgrade, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their academic credentials, Sanja obtained a LinkedIn certification as a Professional Recruiter in January 2017.
