Jeff Chester

Jeff Chester has a diverse work experience in the field of design and management. Jeff is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at TeleVet since 2023. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Modernize, starting as a Visual Designer from January 2018 to February 2020, and later transitioning to the role of Senior Designer from February 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Modernize, Jeff gained experience at Spiceworks, where they held the positions of Junior Designer from May 2014 to July 2015 and Visual Designer from July 2015 to January 2018. At Spiceworks, they worked with strategic accounts such as Dell, Microsoft, and HPE and managed a team while providing art direction and feedback. Jeff also conducted internal talks and created documentation on HTML5 banner preparation.

Beginning their career, Jeff worked as a Managing Editor at Landes Bioscience Journal from September 2011 to May 2014. Jeff was responsible for managing scientific journals and designing various materials for print and online publication, including logo design, journal homepage design, and journal cover design. Jeff also handled tasks such as quality control checks, manuscript preparation, formatting, and proofing.

Prior to their role at Landes Bioscience Journal, Jeff gained experience as a Design Intern at Keep Austin Beautiful from December 2010 to May 2011. In this role, they collaborated closely with the Programs Director to complete assignments remotely, showcasing their ability to manage deadlines while balancing other commitments.
