Todor Balabanov has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. Todor began their career as an Assistant at BULFIX LTD, where they gained communication and presentation skills while working with individuals from different branches of the construction business. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Sixty K Ltd (60K), specifically for the Crocs project, improving their customer service and communication skills through phone, chat, and email interactions. In 2020, they joined GoDaddy as a Technical Support Specialist for their subcontractor called TsoHost, specializing in troubleshooting hosting, domains, and servers via telephone communication. In 2021, they transitioned to GfK as an IT Support Analyst, providing first-line support to users and resolving issues on their devices and accounts. Todor is currently employed at Televic as a System Administrator, responsible for providing maintenance and support for various platforms like Azure, SuiteCRM, and MS Office, as well as managing network and security remotely.
Todor Balabanov began their education at Willowfield Humanities College from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained their GCSE. Todor then attended Westminster Kingsway College for two years, from 2015 to 2017, and earned a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering. In 2017, they transferred to UCL, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Planning and Real Estate for one year. Todor's most recent educational endeavor was at the Technical University of Sofia, where they studied Computer Science with a specialization in Information Technology from 2018 to 2022.
