Frank la Fontaine

Frank La Fontaine is currently the Senior Vice President, Global Compliance at TelevisaUnivision. Prior to this role, they worked at Comcast from 2011 to 2022, where they held various positions including Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel & Deputy Compliance Officer, Assistant General Counsel & Deputy Compliance Officer, and Deputy General Counsel. Before joining Comcast, Frank was an Income Member at McConnell Valdés LLC from 2002 to 2011, where they specialized in complex commercial litigation, including telecommunications, intellectual property, securities, and antitrust disputes.

Frank La Fontaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad de Puerto Rico, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Frank then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In order to further specialize in Intellectual Property Law, they obtained a Certificate from Tulane University Law School in 2001.
