Joe Braga has over 30 years of experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Joe started their career at Microbase, where they managed a division responsible for sales of networking and operating system software and services. Joe then worked at Ericsson, where they served as the Director of Global Market Strategies and Tactics for Mobile Internet, and later as the Director of New Product Operations. At Sony Ericsson, they were the Director of Global Marketing for M2M Communications.
Joe joined Telit Cinterion as the VP of Americas Marketing, where they led marketing, portfolio marketing, regional IT management, and Latin American sales functions. Joe then held several positions at Telit Cinterion, including Global Head of Brand & Marcom, Head of Products & Solutions Marketing, Head of Regional Marketing, and currently serves as the Head of Marketing Strategy. In these roles, they were responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and managing teams across different regions.
Prior to joining Telit Cinterion, Joe was the Head of Consulting Services Practice - IT/Telecom at EVOLUTION, INC.
Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in developing marketing strategies, driving campaigns, and managing teams to achieve corporate targets. Joe has a strong background in the IoT industry and has successfully implemented global marketing initiatives.
Joe Braga obtained an MBA degree from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Technology Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance. Joe also holds a BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) degree from the University of Utah, with a focus on VLSI Design. Additionally, Joe Braga completed a BSCS (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science) degree from the University of Utah, specializing in Embedded Software. Furthermore, they pursued a non-degree program in Sub-Micron VLSI Fabrication at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
