Manasa N.L has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as an Associate Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they conducted research and published papers in computer vision, machine learning, medical image processing, and pattern recognition. Manasa also executed projects in collaboration with Tata Memorial Centre.

In 2013, Manasa N.L worked as a Research Intern at Siemens Technology India, where they developed software for a project on vessel centerline detection in angiography sequences for the evaluation of arteriosclerosis. Manasa was the winner of the 'Intern Tech Challenge' during their time there.

In 2018, they co-founded MSLG Labs Pvt. Ltd., where they served as the CEO and focused on creating 3D avatars or digital doubles of live humans using mobile technology. The company's product, '3Dyou,' allowed users to create interactive full-body photo-realistic avatars in just 60 seconds from four pictures.

In 2019, Manasa N.L became an EFSG5 Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, an organization that helps individuals build deep technology startups. Manasa later joined StoryPuppet Pte. Ltd. as the Head of Product Development, where they played a vital role in building immersive interactive experiences in VR and facilitating easy sharing of these experiences with others.

In 2020, Manasa N.L founded LitmusEye and served as the Founder and CTO. The company focused on providing a platform for monitoring and analyzing brand visibility across digital media.

Currently, they hold the position of Product Development Lead at Telivy, starting in 2022.

Manasa N.L has an extensive education history in the field of computer science. Manasa started their academic journey in 2004 at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science in 2008.

Manasa then pursued further studies and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 2008 and 2010.

In 2011, Manasa N.L continued their education at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition in 2014.

Manasa also took part in a Post Doctoral Research program at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2015 to 2017, focusing on Digital Image Processing.

In addition to these achievements, Manasa N.L attended IIIT Hyderabad in 2013, where they completed a program in Artificial Neural Networks called PGSSP.
