Carlos Bettencourt

Carlos Bettencourt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carlos currently works as a QA Automation Engineer at Telleroo since October 2022. Before that, Carlos had their own business as a Software Developer, where they built and launched a mobile game on the Google Play Store. Carlos also started developing another game. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Jumia Porto Tech Center as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they developed and maintained automated tests for an e-commerce web application and worked with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Carlos began their career at the University of Porto as an IT Support Technician, where they provided technical assistance to users and utilized various skills such as problem-solving, software installation, and hardware setup.

Carlos Bettencourt has a background in Computer Science and Mathematics and Computer Science. Carlos attended Universidade do Porto for Computer Science and Universidade do Minho for Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2015, Carlos obtained the Certificate of Pedagogical Competences (CCP) from the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional.
