Following this, from 1986 to 1988, Love attended the Harvard Kennedy School, completing a Master of Public Administration degree in their two-year program. During this time, they focused on Public Policy Analysis, Economics, and Leadership. In addition, Love was also a Harkness Fellow for Australia at The Commonwealth Fund in New York City, where they furthered their studies in Public Policy Analysis. Later, in 1993, they briefly attended the London Business School's Advanced Development Program, although the field of study for this program is unspecified.
