Christophe Richard

Christophe Richard possesses extensive experience in production systems and industrial project management, currently serving as Responsable du système de production at Telma S.A. since January 2015. Key responsibilities include digitalizing maintenance documentation, leading Lean and factory performance projects, and overseeing the setup of a new production site abroad. Previously, as Chef de projets industriels, Christophe managed projects involving kit preparation with embedded weighing solutions and technology changes for fastening tools. Early career roles included Ingénieur méthodes, where Christophe focused on optimizing manufacturing methods and developing tools, as well as holding positions at GIMA - Transmission Technology, leading assembly line reconfigurations and the industrialization of new products.
