Cyril MEO is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and industrial management, currently serving as Manufacturing & Maintenance Manager and Industrialization Manager at Telma since September 2023. Previously, at FORVIA from September 2022 to September 2023, Cyril held the role of UAP Manager, overseeing a production team of 25 across two shifts, specializing in instrument and door panel production for major automotive brands. Cyril's extensive experience at Faurecia from 2007 to 2022 includes roles such as Plant Launch Team Leader, UAP Quality Manager, and UAP Manufacturing Engineer, leading various industrialization projects for notable clients like PSA, Jaguar Land Rover, and Volvo Trucks, and focusing on quality management and continuous improvement processes. Cyril holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from IUT d'Amiens.
