NOC Engineer - Technical at Telnyx

Ashish Muni has held various engineering roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Trainee Engineer at the Digital Electronics Lab, Palletron-LINAC Facility at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), TIFR in Mumbai. Ashish was responsible for developing a Displaying Pulse Neutron Monitor, a Search and Secure Interlock system for LINAC, and the installation and cabling of the Safety system and neutron monitor at the Pelletron Section.

From 2017-2019, Ashish Muni worked at Novanet, Samespace, and PeerLogic Systems as an Engineer - NOC (Network Operations Center). At Novanet, they worked on UCaaS Cloud hosted platforms and assisted customers with issues in it. Ashish also troubleshot Issues in VoIP calls by call tracing and analyzing SIP flows in Wireshark. At Samespace, they designed Customized IVRs, Dial plans, Inbound call Routing Strategies, etc. for customers globally. At PeerLogic Systems, they worked on UCaaS Cloud-hosted Products Ooma Telo and Ooma Enterprise Communications and was responsible for deployment of newly developed builds and configuration upgrades on servers.

Currently, Ashish Muni is working at Telnyx and Freshworks as a NOC Engineer - Technical and VoIP Software Engineer, respectively.

Ashish Muni has an extensive education history. Ashish obtained their Senior Secondary Certificate from The Greater Mumbai Education Society's High School in 2010, followed by their Higher Secondary Certificate from The Greater Mumbai Education Society's Junior College of Science in 2012. In 2017, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
