Marcelo Félix has a wealth of experience in VoIP software engineering and VoIP network engineering. Marcelo began their career in 2014 at Capgemini, where they worked as a Service Operations Engineer, providing ITIL Service Support and Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting. In 2016, they joined Celfocus as a Service Operations Engineer, working as a SRE and System Administrator for RHEL Red Hat Linux, Middleware Java EE AS, ActiveMQ JMS Broker and NOKIA mCAS Infrastructure. In 2018, Marcelo joined Talkdesk as a VoIP Network Engineer and VoIP Engineer, responsible for diagnosing and solving Call Quality issues and REST API platform issues. Currently, Marcelo works as a VoIP Software Engineer at Telnyx, specializing in RTP communications (SIP proxies) and developing in Python and Go.
Marcelo Félix obtained a Master's degree in Computers Science & Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2013. Marcelo also holds an Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator certification from Oracle.
