Dave Kovach has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dave started their career in the United States Air Force in 1975, working as a Comm/IT Professional until 2005. During their time in the Air Force, they served in various positions, including as Commander in the Air Force Communications Agency (AFCA) from 2002 to 2005.
In 1997, they became the Commander of the 3rd Combat Communications Group, a position they held until 1999 when they transitioned to become the CENTAF/A6 and Commander of the 609th Air Communications Squadron (ACOMS) within CENTAF/9th AF.
From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Telos Identity Management BD and DMDC PM at Telos Corporation. Dave then took on the role of Director of Telos Secure Networks BD and San Antonio Ops at the same company from 2009 until 2014. At that point, they became the Vice President of Strategic BD & Capture at Telos Corporation, a position they currently hold.
In addition to their work at Telos Corporation, they also worked as an AF Contractor for Telos Corp at USAFCENT in Shaw AFB South Carolina from 2007 to 2008.
Overall, Dave Kovach has extensive experience in the field of communication and IT, with a focus on strategic business development and capture.
Dave Kovach received their Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy in 1975. Dave then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University from 1981 to 1982. Following this, from 1985 to 1987, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Computer Technology from Webster University. In 1996, they attended the Air War College/Air University and earned a Master of Science degree in National Strategic Studies, completing their education history.
