Carl Eppich, AICP, is a highly experienced urban planning and development consultant with expertise in land use, mobility, and climate adaptation. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant for the City of Telosa since January 2021, Eppich contributes to the vision of creating a new city in America that defines urban living. Previously, Eppich was the Director of the Municipal Planning Assistance Program for the State of Maine, overseeing the implementation of statewide growth management and climate adaptation initiatives. Eppich has held key roles such as Principal Transportation Planner for the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission and various leadership positions within the American Planning Association. Eppich holds a Master's degree in Community Planning and Development from the University of Southern Maine and a BS in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
