Omid Mo

Omid Mo has extensive experience in institutional equity sales and trading, with a focus on the consumer and biotech sectors. Omid began their career at Pacific Growth Equities, where they provided market research and sales and trading services in the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and consumer sectors. Omid was later promoted to the sales/trading department, where they covered major institutional investors domestically and in Europe, providing equity research and market intelligence. Omid also worked as an associate in the private equity group, coordinating efforts with investment banking, equity capital markets, and research departments. In this role, Omid organized an annual round table event and managed transactions for top corporate and venture capital clients. Omid then joined Summer Street Research Partners to establish an office in San Francisco, focusing on proprietary healthcare research for buy-side institutional clients. Most recently, Omid joined Telsey Advisory Group, where they are responsible for providing equity research and insights on the consumer sector to institutional clients.

Omid Mo pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University between 1996 and 1999. In 2009, they furthered their education by enrolling in the USC Marshall School of Business, where they completed an Executive MBA program from 2009 to 2011. During this program, Omid Mo focused on various subjects including Business Strategy, Mergers & Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, Communication, and Macro Economics.
