Jody Kieran

Jody Kieran is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Technology Operations Lead (Interim) at TELUS Health since August 2023. With a tenure at TELUS Health beginning in December 2005, Jody has held significant roles including Director of Software Development, overseeing software development and delivery for the HHM (RPM) and OACIS platforms, as well as Sr Manager of Development and Delivery. Prior experience includes positions at BCE Emergis from 2001 to 2005 as a Business Analyst/Project Manager and Client Services Manager, and at MPACT Immedia from 1996 to 2001 as Service Desk Manager. Jody holds a Masters Certificate in Project & Portfolio Management from the University of Ontario and a College degree in IT from Herzing, supplemented by studies at College de Valleyfield.
