Lisa Richardson serves as the VP of Customer Experience for Mobility at TELUS, where a notable aspect of their career includes the role of General Manager for Black’s, overseeing 95 stores and a team of 850 across Canada. With a career at TELUS spanning from 2004 to the present, Richardson has also held various leadership roles encompassing web and direct channels, channel support, and trade marketing. Prior to TELUS, experience includes customer marketing and business development at Procter & Gamble. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Queen's University and has pursued executive development programs at prestigious institutions, including INSEAD, Rotman School of Management, Harvard Business School, and Stanford University.
