Isilay Undemir

Isilay Undemir currently serves as Partner Sales Senior Manager for Europe at Temenos, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Isilay accumulated extensive experience at Finastra from November 2015 to October 2024, where positions included Head of Partner Sales for EMEA, Country Manager, and Business Development & Sales Manager for South Eastern Europe. Isilay's responsibilities encompassed supporting partners in Treasury and Capital Markets, managing solution sales, and establishing relationships with stakeholders. Isilay also worked at Fokus Asset Management as Executive Vice President, and held multiple leadership roles at HSBC and Garanti Bank, including Head of Wealth Management and Head of Private Banking. Isilay holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Yeditepe University.
