Jan Hendrik Knizia

Jan Hendrik Knizia began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager Inhouse Consulting VDM for thyssenkrupp. In 2011, they became Senior Vice President Inhouse Consulting for VDM Metals Group, where they had strategic and project management responsibility in restructuring and optimization, as well as PMO for central strategic projects. In 2016, they joined Aalberts Surface Technologies as Business Unit Director, where they held multiple-site-management roles as Managing Director in D, CH, and NL, and was responsible for transforming businesses to improve productivity, initiate growth, and drive adaption to change in automotive markets. In 2022, they were appointed CEO of temicon GmbH.

Jan Hendrik Knizia attended Repton School from 1998 to 1999, where they completed A Levels. Jan Hendrik then attended TU Dortmund University from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering.
