Armando Montero

Armando Montero currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Development at OutVote HQ since February 2024 and as a Senior Planning Analyst at Arizona State University since August 2023. In addition, Armando has held multiple roles on the Governing Board of the Tempe Union High School District, including President, Vice President, and Member since November 2020. As Maricopa County Co-Director at the Arizona School Boards Association since December 2022, Armando contributes to local educational governance. Previous experience includes roles as an Affiliate Post-Baccalaureate Fellow and Intern at the American Council on Education, a Policy Analyst at Arizona State University, and a Fellow at School Board Partners. Armando also directed Arizona State University affairs for the Arizona Students' Association from January 2019 to January 2021. Armando is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, and Mathematics at Arizona State University.
