Charles Vincent

Charles is a Montreal-born Materials Engineer and holds a B.Eng. from McGill University. Prior to cofounding TemperPack, Charles worked in the EV industry, and led the design and development of a novel lithium-ion battery in collaboration with the Canadian Department of National Defense. Charles drives the design, execution, and scaling of revolutionary manufacturing processes across our operation to maintain our nimbleness and authority in the marketplace. When he is not thinking about the next big thing, Charles can be found repairing his ’89 Wrangler, fly fishing in the Blue Ridge Mountains, or hiking with his fiancée Micah and his dog Molson.
