Ron Zink

Ronald Zink serves as the VP of Clinical Services at Temple University Health System since January 2019 and has been the Director of Clinical Services at Temple University since June 1994. In these roles, Ronald is responsible for managing operations across four hospitals and five outpatient clinics, overseeing various departments including Diagnostics Imaging and Anesthesia, and implementing significant improvements in staff stabilization, revenue generation, and patient satisfaction. Notable achievements include reducing staffing expenses by $850,000, enhancing productivity, and streamlining the billing cycle. Prior to this, Ronald held the position of Administrative Director of Support Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital from February 1985 to May 1994, managing a $5.6 million budget and over 200 employees. Ronald Zink holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
