Rhanda Fields has over 12 years of work experience in various roles related to quality, continuous improvement, and compliance. Rhanda started their career in 2007 as an Engineering Intern at Greenlee, where they developed assembly instructions and assisted in measurement system analysis. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, driving engineering improvements in manufacturing processes. In 2014, they transitioned into the role of SMT Process/Lean Leader, where they focused on lean manufacturing and process optimization. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader at Greenlee, and from 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined TEMPO Communications, Inc. as the Quality/Continuous Improvement/Compliance Manager.
