Alexei Buza has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and auditing. Alexei started their career in 2006 as an Audit IT at Banca de Economii S.A., where they worked with standards such as ISO 17799(ISO 27001) and PCI DSS. Alexei then joined Allied Testing as a QA engineer, working as a contractor for Thomson Reuters. During this time, they focused on manual and automated test execution and coordinated with customers to establish necessary tests.
In 2011, Alexei joined Schneider Electric (ex. SolveIT Software) as a Software QA Analyst and Team Lead. Their responsibilities included coordinating and establishing tests, scripting test cases, planning test execution strategies, and analyzing test results.
Next, they worked at Cimpl as a QA Analyst, focusing on quality assurance activities.
Most recently, they joined Tempo Software as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they worked in a Scrum environment, collaborated closely with the Product team to improve story description and user business case, and translated project and marketing materials to Russian. Alexei also performed tasks such as writing test strategies and plans, defining and implementing manual and automation test cases, and maintaining them.
Alexei Buza attended the Technical University of Moldova from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Licensed Engineer degree in Information Systems and Computers. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2014, and ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, which they obtained in December 2012.
