Dan Wagner has a strong background in digital and eCommerce, with experience in various leadership roles. Dan started their career at BankBoston, where they participated in a management training program. Dan then moved to FleetBoston Financial, where they held roles in digital strategy, business development, and product management. Wagner then joined Bank of America, where they led teams in digital product management and eCommerce sales. Dan later transitioned to Best Buy, where they led teams in digital product management and was a part of the leadership team for a start-up focused on relationship and service. Most recently, Wagner worked at Tempur Sealy International as the Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer, overseeing the eCommerce business unit and digital product management for multiple brands. Dan has a track record of growing and expanding sales in their roles.

Dan Wagner attended Babson College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies, Marketing, and Information Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL. Additionally, they obtained a U.S. Soccer National "D" Coaching License.
