Keith Humphries

Keith Humphries has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Keith started their career in 1996 as a Credit Controller at British Telecommunications PLC. Keith then worked as an Insurance Agent at Shir International Insurance Services Ltd before joining Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Business Travel Consultant in 1998. In 2000, they joined The Minacs Group and held various positions including Financial Coordinator, Corporate Travel Manager, Team Lead, Human Resources Recruiter, and Manager Talent Acquisition. In 2010, they joined The Home Depot Canada as a Manager Talent Acquisition and later became the Corporate Human Resources Manager. In 2018, Keith worked at BWX Technologies, Inc. as a Labour Relations for BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. Keith then joined Walmart Canada as an Associate Relations Manager before taking up their current role as the Human Resources Country Lead, Canada at Tempur Sealy International.

Keith Humphries has a diverse education history. Keith holds a Professional Certificate in The Science of Happiness at Work from the University of California, Berkeley. Keith also has a Professional Certificate in Psychologically Safe Leadership from the University of New Brunswick. Keith obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Manipal GlobalNxt University. Additionally, they have a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Durham College and a Bachelor of Social Science (B.Soc.Sc) degree in Tourism Management from the University of Birmingham. Keith's earlier education includes a National Diploma in Travel and Tourism and a First Diploma in Leisure Studies, both from Harrow College. In terms of certifications, Keith has obtained several including COVID-19 and work: Staying healthy and safe at work during the COVID-19 pandemic from the World Health Organization and the Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index. Keith also holds certifications such as the Pension Plans Certificate Program from the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute, CHRL from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, CHRP also from HRPA, and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
