Kelly Carter

Kelly Carter, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly began their career at Smartalk Teleservices as the Director of Human Resources from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they joined Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Manager of Human Resources from 1998 to 2003. Kelly then transitioned to Amazon.com, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2005. Currently, Kelly Carter holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Tempur Sealy International, a role they have been in since 2005.

Kelly Carter, SPHR obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from Ashland University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Kelly completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Transylvania University.
