Nikki Fairfax is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager ROW at Dan-Foam/Tempur since November 2005, Nikki has demonstrated strong leadership skills in customer relations. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Customer Service Manager at Lallemand from 2003 to 2005. Nikki began the career at Regus, where from 1991 to 2002, responsibilities included Project Manager for the fit-out and setup of various Regus Business Centres across multiple European cities, as well as Centre Manager for the new office in Munich. Nikki's educational background includes a degree from the Institut Supérieur des Traducteurs et Interprètes in Brussels, completed in 1991.
