Roosheel Patel

Roosheel Patel is a Senior Translational Scientist at Tempus Labs, Inc. since January 2023 and has been the Owner of BlackSwan Steel since June 2016. Previously, Roosheel served as Vice President of Research and Development at Lab11 Therapeutics Inc. from August 2022 to February 2023, where substantial contributions included establishing lab operations, securing over $2 million in funding, and managing human resources matters. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant position at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, focusing on Type IV secretion systems. Roosheel holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, along with a Master's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Texas A&M University.
