Melanie Kramer

Melanie Kramer has served as the Director of Specialty Support at TempWorks Software since October 2001, specializing in operational consulting, staff management, product management, technical consulting, and sales training. In this role, Melanie collaborates with clients at all levels to enhance operational efficiency, develops performance improvement strategies, and manages a team of 18-25 members. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, mentoring managers, and presenting training programs. Melanie also consults with clients to gather requirements for software features, communicates needs to the development team, and conducts software demonstrations to prospective clients. Prior to this position, Melanie was an Office Manager at Adecco Staffing, USA from 1998 to 2001. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 1997.
